Course completion dates in Design-a-Course are saved in the database in Universal Time (UT or UTC), commonly called Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). The difference between local time in Hawaii and GMT is 8 hours. Therefore, when this course was completed, at 5:30 Hawaii time, it was 1:30 AM the next morning in England (GMT).
